Living Word Church was started as a home Bible study in Jasper, Georgia in 1984, growing and evolving over the next 15 years culminating with the building of our current facility at 215 Pioneer Industrial Boulevard in 1999. The church has always been bible based and community focused operating under our statement of “Loving God, Loving People”. Our current Pastor, Mark Porado, joined our church in 2015 and has continued to lead the church under the Lord’s guidance. Over the past three years, we have more than doubled our Sunday attendance, moving to two services at the start of 2024. We are very excited in what God has planned for our church moving forward.
